Kickstart Your Career in Digital Advertising

Are you a recent graduate eager to dive into the fast-paced world of global digital advertising? Do you enjoy puzzles, problem-solving, and getting to grips with numbers? If so, we want you to join our team as an Advertising Operations Executive. We are a Global Advertising agency based in Brighton HQ (with one remote day per week) looking for a motivated team player to provide crucial assistance and coordination within our advertising team. This is the perfect entry-level role to build foundational skills and learn best practices from top platforms and publishers in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Campaign Support: Conducting sector and customer research, identifying key industry data points, and assisting with creating basic reports on campaign metrics. You'll also learn to use our proprietary software to visualise and build media plans.
  • Advertising Execution: Coordinating campaign delivery to ensure successful and timely execution. This includes reviewing and approving advertising creative for technical and brand standards, supporting the technical setup for tracking website interaction, and booking campaigns with advertising suppliers.
  • Agency Contribution: Staying up-to-date on the latest media and advertising trends to share with the agency, and partaking in knowledge-sharing at agency roundtables.
  • Develop an area of Expertise: Allowing you to shape your career path within the agency after mastering the foundational elements of digital advertising.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a candidate who is inherently curious, accountable for their work, and brave in escalating roadblocks. The ideal candidate:

  • Holds an undergraduate degree or equivalent (in any subject).
  • Has an interest in social media and is digitally savvy.
  • Is not a stranger to numbers and is ready to get stuck into number crunching via Excel.
  • A motivated team player with great time management and communication skills, a keen multi-tasker, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Has a good eye for detail and can work effectively to deadlines.
  • Calm under pressure, logical thinker, and eager to learn about the Education sector.
