NET-A-PORTER have a fantastic opportunity for a Website Merchandiser to join our Site Trading Team with a focus on Non-RTW. This role will support the day to day and weekly merchandising activities on the website. The role will also include working with buying, planning, creative, editorial and our technical teams. You must be detail-oriented, extremely organized and have an interest in fashion.
Location: Our Westfield office in London
Reporting into: Senior Website Merchandiser
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (4 days in office)

Here's a Breakdown Of What You'll Be Doing:
- Work with Visual merchandising tools to ensure products are strategically merchandised to maximize sales potential and wider business goals with a focus on non-ready to wear categories (Shoes, Bags, Accessories etc.) and Designer landing pages.
- Working closely with Buying & Merchandising, Brand Campaign, Fashion, and Site teams to plan and create the user journey throughout campaigns and assist with any queries or requests.
- Analyse and report on the performance of assigned categories in Trade and team meetings, feedback actionable insights of the categories and make recommendations for optimisation & improvement to drive engagement and CVR rate onsite.
- Support Senior Website Merchandiser in co-ordination & execution of onsite promotional moments and seasonal markdowns.
- Approve product selections for editorial, product marketing and content briefs, including email checks & sign off.
- Conduct daily audits of the site to check priority product is being surfaced and attractively presented whilst making sure everything is correctly classified, linked and merchandised.
- Other duties as called upon.
The Type Of Person We Are Looking For:
- Previous online visual merchandising experience in a luxury retail environment with in-depth knowledge of luxury fashion brands, including previous and current collections would be advantageous.
- High sense of commercial awareness with creative flair and affinity for luxury fashion product.
- Understanding and empathy with the global luxury consumer.
- Highly computer literate, preferably with knowledge of website systems and analytics tools.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability and confidence to liaise at all levels.
- Flexible, proactive and open to change with proven track record of managing multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
