Reporting to: Senior Site Content Producer
Responsibilities
- Reporting into the Site Content Manager and working closely with Content Producers and Site Content Execs in delivering content activation across the Mr Porter website.
- Workload management for weekly and daily builds and priorities.
- Execution of weekly content builds for Homepage, additional content on site, landing pages, and services.
- Support with developing the training materials and best practices of the CMS overall for the Content Producers as well as for other teams who use the systems like Customer Content and Editorial.
- Governance over the site build for migration, including supporting other team members like Customer Content and Editorial.
- Take ownership of web production builds, promotions, brand partnerships, and campaigns, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Work closely with the Site Content Manager to execute key campaigns ensuring that content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Site Content Manager to identify and develop new features and functionalities that enhance the user experience and drive innovation in content presentation.
- Work closely with the product teams App and Web to initiate and oversee A/B testing initiatives, leveraging data‑driven insights to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Site Content Manager to engage in constructive discussions with the tech team, identifying and prioritizing development needs for new features and functionalities.
- Implement strategies and processes to enhance efficiency in content builds, with a focus on streamlining workflows and reducing production timelines.
- Develop and implement strategies for targeting and segmenting content to different regions and customer groups, ensuring a personalized and relevant experience for all users.

- Previous experience in a production or content role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring transparent communication of content plan changes across teams.
