What You Will Do
- Act as a trusted partner for a portfolio of luxury brand advertisers, managing day-to-day communication and building long‑term relationships through a deep understanding of their needs.
- Develop tailored retail media strategies and annual campaign plans that align with partner objectives whilst complementing existing initiatives.
- Confidently represent LuxExperience in client meetings, presenting performance insights, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
- Partner closely with the Media Operations team to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery and excellent service.
- Analyze campaign performance, translate data into actionable insights, and demonstrate measurable ROI to partners.
- Support new business development, assisting with sales pitches, client presentations, and strategic materials.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and proactively pitch proposals to drive incremental revenue.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 2+ years’ experience in digital advertising, retail media, or client account management.
- Previous experience as a sales account manager is preferred.
- Commercially minded and consultative, able to identify growth opportunities and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Analytical and detail‑oriented, with a strong grasp of campaign metrics, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to partner effectively across teams in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Customer‑focused and proactive, combining strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach to execution.
- Brings an understanding of the luxury goods and jewelry industry and a passion for digital innovation and media technology.
