The Merchandising team is looking for a talented Junior Operations Merchandiser to join us on a permanent basis. You will play a vital role in supporting the smooth flow of stock through the supply chain and ensuring alignment with commercial priorities. The role coordinates operational activity across Buying & Merchandising (B&M), Logistics, and other key business functions to drive data accuracy, timely reporting, and process efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytically minded, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You will contribute to continuous improvement of systems and procedures, supporting both short‑term trading activity and long‑term business strategy.
Location: Our Westfield office in Shepherd’s Bush.
Reporting into: Merchandising Manager.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (4 days in office).

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the day‑to‑day movement of stock, including inbound deliveries, transfers and RTVs, while resolving operational queries.
- Monitoring inbound and outbound activity, identifying risks and escalating issues where required.
- Producing and sharing operational reports and KPI updates with key stakeholders.
- Supporting shipments, deliveries, delays and allocation readiness to ensure smooth trading.
- Building, maintaining and improving reporting using Excel, while providing meaningful analysis and insights.
- Preparing weekly reports and carrying out ad‑hoc analysis to identify commercial opportunities and risks.
- Building strong relationships and collaborating with teams across Buying & Merchandising, Logistics, Distribution Centres, Tech/Data and Finance.
- Communicating clearly and working cross‑functionally to resolve issues and support business priorities.
- Supporting the onboarding and development of new team members and contributing to team discussions.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply‑chain efficiency and overall operational performance.
