As a global Centre of Excellence, our Digital Marketing Department drives innovation across the business - strengthening digital capabilities, creating meaningful synergies, and accelerating customer growth through best-in-class digital marketing initiatives.

We are now looking for a talented Digital Performance Executive to join the Performance Marketing team at NET-A-PORTER. In this role, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management of Paid Search accounts across multiple global markets, leading campaign creation, bid strategy optimisation, testing initiatives, and the planning of compelling ad copy and promotional activity.

Location: Our Westfield office in Shepherd's Bush

Reporting into: Digital Performance Manager

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (4 days in office)

What you'll be doing:

  • Activate and optimise Paid Search campaigns across global markets.
  • Effective management of large budgets to meet performance goals.
  • Plan and execute always-on and promotional activity, including ad copywriting.
  • Drive keyword expansion, SQR analysis, and negative keyword refinement.
  • Partner with Experimentation team on A/B tests for ads, bidding, and audiences.
  • Maintain and enhance feed integrations (GMC, ad customizers, feed-based creatives).
  • Share learnings with other digital performance and brand teams to minimize duplication.
  • Implement automation and process improvements for efficiency.
  • Analyse performance data and deliver actionable reporting.
  • Document workflows and maintain best practices.

The Type Of Person We Are Looking For:

  • 2+ years in Paid Search with hands-on account management and optimisation.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Ads Editor, GMC; product feed experience a plus.
  • Strong grasp of campaign structure, ad formats, targeting, and optimisation.
  • Familiar with attribution, bidding tools, and performance-driven actions.
  • Highly analytical with strong Excel and data interpretation skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and test-and-learn mindset.
  • Excellent communicator, able to manage multiple priorities cross-functionally.
  • Adaptable in fast-paced environments; creative problem-solver focused on scalable solutions and automation.
