NET-A-PORTER is seeking a Head of Site Trading to lead and evolve the digital storefront strategy from our London base. You will steer product merchandising, catalogue optimisation and promotional delivery to maximise customer engagement and commercial performance, reporting to the Site Trading Director and collaborating with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Technology.

You will coach Senior Merchandisers into strategic, commercially-driven leaders, own the site’s taxonomy and experiences.
