Role Purpose

This is a fantastic opportunity for an early‑career finance professional to join a fast‑paced team and gain exposure to the financial drivers of the business. As a finance analyst, you will dig into business numbers, build reports, support monthly financial close processes, and uncover insights to help the business make better decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports across key business areas and support the monthly board reporting process.
  • Support trade analysis, communicate insights against budgets and forecasts, provide variance analysis, and highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Challenge business assumptions with data‑driven recommendations that improve profitability.
  • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate sales, margin, and cost performance.
  • Deliver accurate financial analysis to support Finance Business Partners and business decision‑making.
  • Support the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
  • Deliver month‑end close activities, including preparation of accruals and correct cost recognition across cost centres.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (preferred).
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.
  • Interest in developing a career in commercial finance / finance business partnering.
