The NET-A-PORTER Events Team is looking for a talented Events Executive to join our London office. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting the planning and delivery of some of the industry\'s most exciting brand and client events. Reporting to the Head of Events and supporting the Event Manager, you\'ll play a key part in creating world-class experiences for our customers and partners. Here is a breakdown of what you\'ll be doing:

  • Support the planning and delivery of brand and EIP customer events, from intimate dinners to large-scale activations.
  • Manage pre-event decks, schedules, agendas, and status updates.
  • Coordinate logistics with internal teams, suppliers, and venues.
  • Create branded event materials and oversee gifting initiatives.
  • Track and report on event performance, including engagement and sales impact.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier and venue relationships, while scouting new partners.
  • Collaborate with PR, Marketing, Social, Creative, and Personal Shopping teams.
  • Handle event admin: trackers, budgets, calendars, and travel bookings.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and innovative concepts.

The type of person we are looking for:

  • 1–2 years\' experience in event coordination.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable with travel, evening, and weekend work.
  • Knowledge of the luxury consumer and fashion industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (languages a plus).
  • Customer-first mindset and excellent service skills.
  • Passion for luxury fashion and creating best-in-class experiences.
