The NET-A-PORTER Events Team is looking for a talented Events Executive to join our London office. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting the planning and delivery of some of the industry\βs most exciting brand and client events. Reporting to the Head of Events and supporting the Event Manager, you\βll play a key part in creating world-class experiences for our customers and partners. Here is a breakdown of what you\βll be doing:
- Support the planning and delivery of brand and EIP customer events, from intimate dinners to large-scale activations.
- Manage pre-event decks, schedules, agendas, and status updates.
- Coordinate logistics with internal teams, suppliers, and venues.
- Create branded event materials and oversee gifting initiatives.
- Track and report on event performance, including engagement and sales impact.
- Build and maintain strong supplier and venue relationships, while scouting new partners.
- Collaborate with PR, Marketing, Social, Creative, and Personal Shopping teams.
- Handle event admin: trackers, budgets, calendars, and travel bookings.
- Contribute fresh ideas and innovative concepts.
The type of person we are looking for:
- 1β2 years\β experience in event coordination.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
- Comfortable with travel, evening, and weekend work.
- Knowledge of the luxury consumer and fashion industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (languages a plus).
- Customer-first mindset and excellent service skills.
- Passion for luxury fashion and creating best-in-class experiences.
