We are seeking a Creative Services Project Manager to join our Brand Partnerships team. The Creative Services Project Manager will be the primary contact for all campaigns being delivered by the Creative Services team to our clients and the wider business.

Responsibilities
- Scope projects, manage budgets, plan timelines and assess risks from campaign conception through to final delivery
- Cross-discipline project management of global projects touching multiple teams within the company including external clients and brand partners, production companies, photographers and talent, art direction and design, ad operations, tech, editorial, production, translations, buying and merchandising, and marketing
- Communicate clearly to external clients on content, decisions, timings and project status
- Own the overall content plan along with timings and deliverables
- To be responsible for ensuring all creative projects are produced on-brand and of the highest quality with a healthy profit margin
- Capture requirements from multiple departments and be responsible for ensuring clear communication of stakeholder decisions, timings and status
- Primary support to the Head of Brand Partnerships and Art Director
Qualifications
- Proven Project Manager experience within marketing/creative environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven with multitasking ability
- Experience producing still and video shoots
- Confident managing budgets and working with numbers
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience with luxury clients, multi-platform campaigns, and mentoring team members
