Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our remote team. This role is integral to our commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer enquiries promptly via phone, email, and social media.
  • Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Working closely with other teams to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Proactively identifying potential issues and working towards preventive measures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • High level of professionalism and strong problem-solving skills.
