The Partnerships and Development Manager role will support delivery on Nest Insight\’s fundraising strategy and help develop and maintain our funding partnerships, working closely with a supportive and collaborative team.

They will be responsible for:

  1. Day-to-day management of Nest Insight’s funding partnerships
  2. Researching and identifying new funding opportunities and relationships to cultivate
  3. Helping to develop and coordinate funding proposals and presentations
  4. Coordination of funder reporting
  5. Supporting branding, crediting commitments, and development of fundraising messages and materials
  6. Managing payment and reporting processes
  7. Advocating internally for funders’ requirements and objectives; seeking opportunities to overdeliver in line with our mission and values

Nest Insight is a research and innovation centre established by Nest Corporation in 2016, dedicated to supporting low- and moderate-income workers in achieving financial security now and in retirement.

We conduct rigorous research, collaborating with industry and academic partners to understand the needs of the new generation of savers, including self-employed workers at risk of missing out on pension savings. Our insights help identify practical solutions.

Our team of around 25 delivers research, publications, and events, sharing knowledge nationally and internationally. We are passionate, innovative, and collaborative, committed to learning and development.

Our findings are widely shared to inform industry and policymakers, with our work often featured in media outlets.
