As a Fixed Term Contract (12 months) Marketing Partner (B2B), you’ll play a central role in shaping how Nest engages with employers and intermediaries across the UK. No two days will look the same. You’ll switch seamlessly between developing strategic communications, creating compelling multi‑channel campaigns, and collaborating with colleagues across proposition, insights, operations and creative teams to bring big ideas to life.
A typical week might see you turning new B2B propositions into clear, motivating messaging; briefing internal and external creative teams; and managing the delivery of targeted marketing activity that supports employer engagement, retention and growth. You’ll take the lead on go‑to‑market plans for new B2B initiatives, guiding projects from initial concept through to execution and performance evaluation. You’ll work closely with data and insight partners to understand what’s driving behaviour in the employer and intermediary space, and use those insights to refine your campaigns and ensure we’re delivering real value. You’ll also be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping shape how Nest positions itself as a true partner throughout an employer’s journey.
If you enjoy balancing creative thinking with analytical rigour, collaborating with a wide range of specialists, and owning projects that genuinely move the dial, this role will give you the opportunity to make a real impact in a unique organisation undergoing exciting transformation. There may be an opportunity for this role to become permanent, although this cannot be guaranteed.
The minimum criteria for this role are:
- Integrated, multi‑channel campaign delivery — create and deliver end‑to‑end campaigns across digital, email, social, and owned/earned/paid channels.
- Go‑to‑market & proposition launches — develop and execute clear GTM plans for new or evolved propositions.
- Data‑to‑action — interpret customer and campaign data to generate actionable insights and optimisations.
- Stakeholder & agency management + clear communication — influence internal stakeholders, brief/manage external partners, and communicate crisply in writing and speech.
- Project & organisational rigour with compliance awareness — manage projects/campaigns from planning to evaluation, juggle multiple workstreams, and operate with a working understanding of marketing compliance (e.g., GDPR).
Don’t worry if you think you don’t have all the key skills, it might be worth taking the few minutes to apply as we’re good at spotting potential.
Flexible and agile working: Everyone's personal situation is different. To make the most out of hybrid working, we’ve introduced different ways of working, which include (subject to role requirements): hybrid of office (Canary Wharf, London) and home working (there will be an expectation to attend the office a minimum of twice a week, or more, as required) and reduce or vary working hours.

Directorate/Department Overview: The Nest Experience directorate brings together teams responsible for setting the strategy and defining Nest’s proposition for different customer segments, delivering product and service changes that improve our customers’ experience, and designing and delivering a targeted customer engagement approach, integrated marketing campaigns and activity to support Nest’s objectives. Within this sits the wider Brand and Marketing team which you will be part of. There are two core customer experience teams: one for employers & intermediaries (B2B – this one), and one for members. Each is headed by a director who owns the end‑to‑end customer experience across all our delivery channels for their respective customer group. These teams set the proposition and strategies for delivering changes to our product, online experience (both public area website (PAW), transactional area website (TAW) and online help centres) and work with colleagues in Service Delivery to agree the servicing model and standards (which is then overseen day to day by the Service Delivery department). The teams also set the marketing strategies and objectives for their customer groups, and, working with the Brand and Creative Services team, implement tactical integrated marketing plans. This role sits within B2B and is part of the wider B2B team consisting of Business Development Managers, Key Account Managers (who manage the relationship with our managed employers) and Pensions Technical Specialists to name a few.
