Join us as Senior Marketing Partner – B2B and help transform Nest from a trusted service provider into a valued strategic partner for employers and intermediaries. You'll lead integrated go-to-market campaigns, drive our Account-Based Marketing strategy, and deliver high-impact marketing programmes that increase engagement, retention and customer value. Working with cross-functional teams and leading a small team of marketers, you'll combine strategic insight, commercial focus and exceptional stakeholder management to deliver measurable business results. The minimum criteria for this role are:
- Proven commercial marketing experience preferably in a regulated environment
- Experience in building successful B2B marketing strategies and go-to-market plans
- Significant experience in the creation and implementation of integrated campaign and account-based marketing plans and budgets across B2B and B2C channels
