Company Description: NestLink Solutions Ltd aims to become a tech solutions operator and provider. We are a very early stage start-up aiming to hit the market with two products simultaneously. Our main product is NestLink, a PropTech SaaS platform revolutionising the UK conveyancing process by providing a unified timeline and tasks for buyers, sellers, and professionals. By eliminating lost emails and uncertainties, NestLink enhances clarity, accountability, and automation, ensuring a smoother transaction process. The platform offers speed, transparency, and fewer headaches for real estate professionals and clients alike. As the connective tissue between solicitors and estate agents, NestLink is dedicated to making the home-buying process less stressful. We are also developing a second piece of software leveraging AI technology for architectural AI compliance checking, targeting a totally untapped market with minimal competition. Our goal is to build a stellar team capable of attracting large levels of investment.
Role Description: At this stage, both products are in development with off-shore agencies, with a goal to complete both products by Feb/March 2026 when we can start bootstrapping and fundraising. There is not a huge amount of work to do between now and product completion other than to review the software codes at a high level for each milestone and to begin structuring the plan for the handover of the two products and their operation, upgrades etc. when we launch. However, the brief is quite open, and the role is what you will make of it.
