As part of the Supply Chain Apprenticeship scheme, you will rotate through four 12-month placements, supported by a structured development program, gaining fantastic exposure to our Supply Chain operations. You will gain a comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end Supply Chain and have the opportunity to work across various categories, including Confectionery, Coffee and Pet Food, in multiple locations. Your first rotation will take place at our UK Head Office in York. Following this, you may relocate to one of our factory locations across the UK or our Head Office in Crawley.

Eligibility requirements
- You will need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time-limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.
- You will have lived in the UK for 3 years prior to the start date of this apprenticeship scheme.
- You will have obtained or be predicted to obtain your Maths and English Language GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 9-4 (A*-C if taken before 2017). Original certificates will need to be provided during the recruitment process.
- 104 UCAS points or more, (or 260 points prior to 2017).
- You will need to be 18 by 1st September 2026.
- You will need to be geographically mobile throughout the duration of the scheme.
