We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Confectionery team as a Senior Brand Manager responsible for our Seasonal brands, based at our York office. This is a really exciting opportunity to join the team and could provide you with the opportunity to be at the heart of some of the world’s biggest brands. This role reports directly into the Marketing Manager.
Your impact:
As a Senior Brand Manager, you lead the development of the UK Seasonal brand strategy ensuring share growth in a complex and dynamic category. You will work collaboratively in a matrix team and be responsible for alignment and support for strategy direction with the individual brand teams and senior stakeholders. The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for delivering innovation and renovation projects as well as communication campaigns. Your role will include the delivery of our annual commercial presentation and customer sells to engage and excite our retailers and secure excellent implementation for our plans.
Your role will ensure we deliver against the business objectives with the consumer and customer in mind. Some of the areas you will be involved in delivering include:
- Our Seasonal Confectionery brand strategy, with a focus on the Christmas and Easter seasons, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and inspiring the business with our ambition
- Successful creation and deployment of innovation and renovation projects
- Excellent execution and communication of our much-loved brands in the seasons
- Working cross-functionally to plan and build channel and customer plans
- Day-to-day line management of 2 reports

- Track record in delivering agreed performance objectives and demonstrating effective workload management and prioritisation.
- Evidence of good numeracy and analytical skills.
- Budget management and a solid understanding of key financial principles of P&L.
- The ability to influence and build great relationships.
- Proven presentation skills to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of line management and be able to demonstrate good coaching skills.
