The main purpose of this role is to work safely as part of the YDC team, developing the skills and knowledge required to receive, store, pick and despatch products accurately and efficiently, while delivering excellent service to our customers.

Other key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Adhering to all standard operating procedures and safe working practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with inventory management processes and associated quality controls, including accurate record-keeping.
  • Maximising internal and external customer service by ensuring the timely and accurate despatch of goods
  • Following good housekeeping and YDC standards, including a clean-as-you-go mindset, to maintain a safe, organised and efficient working environment.
