Position Summary
We are looking for a Training and Admin Coordinator to join our Nestlé Confectionery factory at our Girvan site to support the Factory. This position is permanent and Part time you will be working with the Girvan team supporting flagship brands.

Day in the life of a Training and Admin Coordinator
Your main accountability will be Organise and deliver on site training, and provide administration and compliance support to the site, Other key responsibilities will include:
- Support providing of internal, external and department specific trainings.
- Setting up training schedule, co-ordination of all relevant training processes including communication with providers and teams, and sharing calendar and requirements at operational reviews
- Manage e-learning creation, enrolment and compliance for site.
- Monitor and share training compliance levels and KPIs
- Evaluation of training efficiency through feedback forms. Monitor KPIs.
- Responsible for record and documentation retention compliance through provision of appropriate filing and archiving systems
- First point of contact for visitors and contractors.
- Monitoring OHS schedule, co-ordination of OHS visits including communication with nurse and teams, and sharing calendar and requirements at operational reviews
- Raising purchase orders for training, office equipment and stationery items
- Administration support for all departments
What will make you successful
- Previous experience in administrative or training coordination is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
