Position: DPS Planner (Fixed Term Contract, 12 months) at Nestlé UK
Salary Range: Circa £36,000 Depending On Experience
Duration: Fixed Term Contract 12 months
Benefits: Potential discretionary annual bonus; generous pension scheme – up to 12% contribution from Nestlé; 12 flexible days on top of 25-day holiday entitlement; 2 paid volunteering days; focus on personal development and growth.

Your Impact
You will be responsible for creating and managing a short term production plan recognising all constraints within the supply stream for the assets you manage, to meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing stock projections and ensuring the production plan meets our demand requirements.
- Reacting to changes in the MPS plan to ensure the right products are made at the right time to satisfy customer demands.
- Working closely with Operations to create a detailed production plan that accounts for asset constraints for packing and manufacturing.
- Controlling the inbound flow of key materials to the manufacturing operation.
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with stakeholders to ensure an optimised plan is published on time and that teams are motivated to deliver.
- Leading initiatives to improve lot sizes and cycle times with production to drive speed and agility at appropriate cost.
- Working with the business to plan and influence timings on new product development.
- Participating in initiatives to improve the efficiency, reliability, COF and agility of the end-to-end supply stream.

- Understanding of end-to-end planning or logistics role.
