We are currently looking for a Standard Operator to join our fantastic production team at our Nestlé Purina site in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. A day in the life of a Standard Operator
As a Standard Operator your main accountability will be to achieve performance targets by operating machines and systems. In addition to this, you will be ensuring that the process runs at its optimum, producing high quality product and coordinating actions where necessary.
Operational Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the safe & efficient running of production lines.
- Ensure routines and standards are maintained and improved.
Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure high safety and quality standards are adhered to in order to maintain a safe working environment.
Performance and KPI Management: Support with factory activities in order to achieve KPIs.
Professional Development: To enhance your skill set, you will be working in all areas of the production plan based on your skills development.
