Nestlé Tutbury is seeking a SHE Manager to shape the future of its Tutbury Factory. You will lead a team of three direct reports, champion Safety, Health and Environment, and partner with the Factory Manager to embed best-in-class SHE practices across a site of 500+ colleagues.
You will drive cultural change, assess risks, and ensure alignment with operational, technical and business decisions, delivering world‑class safety standards and personal development opportunities within a supportive environment.
