Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the negotiation of the annual Customer Business Plans which deliver against internal and external strategies.
- Use well‑developed skills to facilitate best‑in‑class selling stories, in‑store activation and promotional performance.
- Work with category team to ensure successful delivery of strategic NPD in agreed distribution.
- Deploy customer, shopper and category insight to identify optimum portfolio mix for the customer and shopper; lead cross‑functional teams to deliver portfolio range for customer.
- Own and develop promotional plan to include revenue, trade spend; utilise multiple data sets to create guidance to build understanding of external performance dynamics.
