As Senior Digital Commerce Manager (e B2B), you will lead our B2B and B2C e Commerce strategy and execution across Wholesale, Convenience and Out of Home.
You’ll influence customers, senior stakeholders and internal teams to unlock growth.
You will build strong dotted‑line relationships with key priority e B2B customer commercial category teams, grow your customer management experience, and make a visible impact across Nestlé.

- Shape and execute the e B2B strategy across Wholesale, Convenience and OOH, turning insight into clear growth action.
- Build strong relationships with customer commercial category teams and turn category priorities into digital actions.
- Influence how customers prioritise products, availability, visibility, substitution and online user experience.
- Unite Account Teams, Brand, Category, Supply Chain, Shopper Activation and Media behind one digital growth agenda.
- Champion e B2B internally, building belief, focus and cross‑functional momentum.
- Build playbooks, frameworks and learning loops that help teams scale e B2B.
- Develop and guide junior talent, building confidence and consistency across priority e B2B customers.
- Use data, customer insight and market intelligence to cut through complexity.
