Nestlé UK&I Coffee team is recruiting a Category & Customer Strategy Manager to join the Commercial Development Team. You will lead the Ready‑to‑Drink category growth across our Coffee/Bev RTD portfolio, shaping category plans, shopper occasions and customer strategies.

Working with Marketing and CDT colleagues, you will own I2L, ICP and CP inputs for RTD, translate insights into compelling selling stories, and drive cross‑functional alignment with Sales, SRM, Finance, Supply and Insights.
