We are looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our Nespresso boutique in Newcastle. You will be responsible for ensuring a premium customer experience through exceptional service and excellent delivery of all elements of boutique performance.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers to the boutique and adapting to meet their needs.
- Supporting customers in finding their perfect cup of coffee and delivering service-oriented sales, promoting our unique brand experience.
- Being an ambassador for Nespresso and providing a high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Retail experience, preferably from a luxury background.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to rapidly build strong, working relationships with a customer base.
