We are recruiting for an inspiring, passionate and visionary Retail Manager to lead the Nespresso Westfield, White City team. You will lead the boutique to achieve its commercial objectives, optimising success and ensuring commercial deliverables and KPIs are met.
Your impact
- Translate the boutique’s commercial objectives into tangible KPIs and provide clear goals for the team.
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with wider business goals, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Align employee work schedules with sales plans to ensure appropriate floor coverage.
- Role model and develop a culture of outstanding service and best‑in‑class customer experience.
- Advocate the importance of being a passionate Nespresso brand ambassador.
- Inspire and develop a team to be their best, being supportive, caring and leading by example.
- Deliver a local calendar of events to drive brand awareness and engage customers; think new product launches and more.
- Ensure the boutique operates safely and compliantly day‑to‑day.

- Proven retail leadership experience, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
- Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and building a high‑performing, engaged team culture.
- Proven experience leading, coaching and developing varied‑sized teams.

- Experience managing HR best practice, including performance, development and employee relations.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and implement action plans to deliver results.
