About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Manager to oversee the sales and operations of our newly opened Nespresso boutique in Covent Garden – our flagship location in London.
In this high-profile role, you’ll report directly to the Business Boutique Manager (BBM) , who leads the overarching strategic vision of the boutique. You will be responsible for translating this vision into day-to-day excellence on the boutique floor. This position blends commercial leadership, operational management and inspiring the team on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities

Taking ownership of the overall commercial success of the boutique.

Championing a culture of outstanding service and quality customer experience, ensuring every customer interaction is elevated.

Execute commercial strategies in line with BBM direction to drive boutique performance and meet KPIs.

Ensure the boutique meets the standards of a flagship location, preparing for regular senior leadership visits and showcasing best-in-class performance across all touchpoints.

Lead and inspire your team to be the best they can be! Leading by example on the shop floor.

Partner with the BBM to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across brand, marketing, operations, and local community initiatives.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in retail leadership, used to managing at pace, with a focus on service.

Confidence working in a highly visible, flagship environment, with experience of senior stakeholder engagement.

You’ll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service utilising your communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong commercial acumen, and previous experience making key decisions and action planning to drive results.

A proactive and strategic mindset, capable of balancing brand standards with a dynamic customer-facing role.

Previous line manager experience and knowledge of HR best practice.
