We’re looking for a Performance Media Lead to accelerate demand capture and commerce media growth for Nespresso. You’ll lead high-impact activity across Amazon Advertising, retail media, marketplaces and paid search, turning media investment into measurable revenue growth, customer acquisition and ROAS.
Your Impact
Reporting into the Head of Media, you’ll be at the heart of our commerce media performance capturing demand, converting shoppers and unlocking growth across our most important digital channels. Key responsibilities include:
- Shape performance media plans that capture demand, grow revenue and acquire valuable new customers.
- Lead our Amazon Advertising strategy and work with our agency partners to optimise for growth.
- Build and strategise retail media and marketplace campaigns to improve visibility, conversion and profitable growth.
- Own paid search across Google Ads and Shopping, connecting customer intent to commercial performance.
- Track ROAS, revenue growth, conversion and acquisition performance, using insights to optimise and scale.
- Partner with agencies to challenge performance, identify opportunities and deliver against commercial goals.
- Work with internal teams to translate business strategy into effective and valuable media strategy.
Your ingredients for success
To succeed, you’ll bring a strong commercial mindset, a passion for performance media and the ability to turn insight into action. You may currently be working agency-side or client-side, we’re open to exploring experience from both.
Essential experience and skills:
- Experience managing performance media across retail media, marketplaces and paid search.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and DSP.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Shopping and conversion-focused paid search strategies.
- Commercial focus, with confidence using ROAS, revenue, conversion and acquisition metrics to guide decisions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to spot opportunities and recommend clear actions.
- Confident partnering with agencies and internal teams to optimise performance and unlock growth.
Desirable experience:
- Experience with product feeds, shoppable formats or retail media platforms.
- Knowledge of premium consumer brands, direct-to-consumer eCommerce or B2B customer journeys.
