We have a great opportunity for a talented individual to join our Payroll & Reward team in York as a Payroll & Reward Advisor.
Joining our high performing team will allow you to gain invaluable exposure into a range of business areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering queries relating to payroll, reward and benefits, ensuring cases are escalated through the correct channels.
- Managing the relationship with third‑party vendors and ensuring services are provided seamlessly to maximise the customer experience.
- Accurate data inputting of employee details.
- Administering the Healthcare, Reward and Payroll processes for UK & Ireland.
- Communicating with a large range of stakeholders across the business.
- Reducing the level of rework and working with our customers to manage expectations in line with SLAs and workload.
- Project Assistance – Provide support and input into relevant projects within the wider HR Operations team as appropriate.
Essential Experience
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume administrative environment.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Previous exposure to payroll and or reward processes.
Desirable Experience
- SAP Payroll system knowledge.
- Project or change project experience.
- Experience of payroll processing.
- Experience supporting family leave and sickness administration.
Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience.
