Nestlé Sudbury is seeking Line Operators for our packaging operation. You will work on a continental shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off) averaging 42 hours per week, with a shift allowance. You will be part of a ~8–10 person direct team and report to the Shift Manager, ensuring quality products reach consumers.
The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement as we drive lean manufacturing. Experience in food manufacturing is advantageous but not required.
