Position Overview
If you are an experienced Operator with an up‑to‑date counterbalance licence, we would like to hear from you.

As an Operator you will support the day‑to‑day operations of our state‑of‑the‑art coffee production plant in Tutbury, Derbyshire.
The Nestlé Tutbury Factory is one of the largest Nestlé factories in Europe following a recent investment, producing several of the most well‑known Nescafé products.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that high safety standards are maintained, providing a safe working environment.
- Follow the inbound and outbound schedules by retrieving, marshalling and loading pallets in accordance with SOPs.
- Load or unload trailers by driving suitable MHEs through loading docks or loading bays.
- Support factory activities by moving materials within the plant.
- Work as part of a cell team to deliver compliance in safety and stock management using SAP.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a logistics or warehousing role.
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence required; applicants without this licence will not be considered.
- Ability to work as part of a cell team, demonstrating compliance in safety and stock management.
- Demonstrable Nestlé competencies and behaviours.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills, with knowledge of computer systems including Word, Excel and SAP.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom; sponsorship is not available.
