D2C Coffee Operations Support Location: Field Based - North East of England (ideal base Newcastle Area)

Salary: c.£31,000 dependent upon experience + business needs car

Position Summary

Channel Sales & Coffee Operations (CS&CO) is part of Nestlé Professional, specialising in Out of Home beverage solutions. CS&CO offers a portfolio of well‑known brands including STARBUCKS, NESCAFÉ, and SEATTLE’S BEST COFFEE. The team drives growth and delivers branded beverage solutions to partners, enhancing customer experience and commercial performance. We have an exciting opportunity for a talented D2C Coffee Operations Support to join our team to deliver excellent in‑store execution across D2C customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure NP D2C machines are operational with minimal downtime.
  • Accurately manage stock counts; review variances, identify trends, and take timely corrective action.
  • Deliver Nestlé Professional brand standards across all D2C sites; act on audit findings, customer feedback and execution gaps.
  • Verify and coach correct cleaning routines at customer level; monitor non‑compliance and intervene where required.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and escalation support.
  • Report all field activity accurately and on time through Project MORE systems; use data to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders that support or impact performance delivery.
