Overview
Location: Staverton, Wiltshire • Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience + potential bonus + generous pension scheme + 12 flexible days on top of 25-day holiday entitlement + 2 paid volunteering days + other fantastic benefits.

We are excited to offer an opportunity at our Cereal Partners Factory in Staverton, Wiltshire, as a Manufacturing Capability Coordinator (Learning & Development Coordinator). Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our HR team, becoming the go-to person for planning, coordinating, and supporting training and development activities within the factory. Responsibilities
- Compliance Training: Ensure that compliance training is conducted effectively and efficiently, while maintaining training records and tracking employee progress.
- Coordinating Training Courses: Organise training sessions by booking courses with external providers, managing purchase orders, and overseeing the training budget.
- Preparing Training Data: Compile and prepare training data for operational reviews, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.
- Onboarding New Starters: Coordinate the induction programme to ensure new employees have a positive onboarding experience and are set up for success.
- Supporting Apprentices & Graduates: Act as the first point of contact for Apprentices and Graduates, coordinating activities that support their development.
- Engaging with the Community: Coordinate youth engagement activities, such as attending local careers events to inspire the next generation.
- Broadening HR Experience: Support the HR Business Partner with broader HR coordination and general administration tasks, providing you with valuable experience across the HR spectrum.
- Staying Current: Network and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications
- Desirable: Proven experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Training support roles.
- Desirable: Previous training or coaching experience.
- Essential: Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
