Changing the world of pet food for good. We are Tails.com, a dog food subscription company with a big difference. We create truly tailored food for each and every dog we serve. We start by asking people a few simple questions about their dog. Then we use that information to create their dog's unique Tails.com recipe – so their dog gets exactly the nutrition they need, in the taste they love, delivered to their door every month.

Our Creative Studio is a passionate, collaborative team of makers and thinkers, bringing the tails.com brand to life with creativity, care, and a love of dogs at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for a highly organised, detail obsessed and technically aware Creative Traffic & Asset Coordinator to keep our in‐house studio running smoothly. You will play a key role in how we deliver work at pace and scale – managing creative requests, refining briefs, planning resources, tracking progress and keeping our asset library in top shape.

As the guardian of our creative assets, you will know our library inside out, keeping it organised and ready to support delivery. You will also lead on brief intake, resourcing and workflow improvements to help the Creative Studio run at its best.

Working closely with the Head of Creative Studio, you will keep workflows tight, capacity managed and briefs scoped correctly. You will also support freelancer onboarding, documentation and the systems that help our team focus on what they do best – delivering high‐impact, brand‐led creative across every channel.

This isn’t a traditional project management role. It’s a technically minded, systems‐first position designed to enable great creative work through structure, clarity and momentum.

Brief intake & creative workflow
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming creative briefs
  • Clarify, refine and elevate requests into clear, actionable briefs
  • Maintain the intake tracker and workflow templates so every project has clear scope and next steps
  • Support the Head of Creative Studio in building scalable Monday.com workflows
Capacity planning & freelance resourcing
  • Monitor studio capacity and flag resourcing needs in advance
  • Onboard and manage freelancers – matching the right talent to the right brief
  • Keep our freelancer databases up to date with bookings, rates and specialisms
  • Support balanced, well‐planned resourcing that protects delivery and team wellbeing
  • Own and organise the creative asset library, ensuring everything's named, structured and accessible
  • Ensure final assets are archived accurately with correct usage rights
  • Spot gaps or opportunities to improve the library and flag proactively
  • Uphold governance standards across file naming, version control and archiving (Adobe, Figma, Drive, DAM)
Creative ops & technical support
  • Help embed and improve systems, templates and documentation across the studio
  • Support file delivery and QA, ensuring artwork and exports meet technical standards
  • Partner with the Head of Creative Studio on workflow improvements
  • Provide light‐touch technical support on templates, specs or file setup where needed
Skills you’ll bring
  • Experience leading creative operations, brand production or studio workflows at scale, ideally within a multi‐channel or FMCG/D2C environment
  • Strong technical know‐how, with experience building and managing systems or automation workflows for efficient asset delivery
  • Solid understanding of artwork setup, print specs and pre‐press processes for print and packaging
  • Confident managing high‐volume creative pipelines, balancing speed, quality and brand consistency
  • Calm, hands‐on approach with a focus on structure, systems and operational clarity
  • A natural collaborator who thrives on partnering across teams to make great work happen
  • Passionate about design infrastructure and production excellence, with a sharp eye for detail and brand fidelity
Required Core Technical Proficiencies
  • Studio tooling & automation: Confident using Monday.com and light‐touch Figma to build scalable workflows
  • Design systems: Experienced in codifying and maintaining cross‐channel systems across CRM, digital, packaging and performance
  • Cross‐channel production: Confident taking projects from design to delivery across print, digital and performance channels, ensuring everything runs smoothly and lands on time
  • Asset QA & governance: Skilled in defining naming conventions, hierarchies, output specs and handover processes
  • Digital asset management: Experienced in DAM setup and optimisation (e.g. Bynder, Frontify, Storyblok) with clear governance and metadata structures

What’s in it for you? Competitive salary, reviewed annually. Annual bonus, based on company performance. Flexible core hours, giving you true work-life balance. Hybrid role to ensure this role works for you. 25 days of holiday (excluding bank holidays) which increases over time to a max of 27 days. 9/10 day working week to enhance your wellbeing without a reduction in pay and leave allowance.
