Job Title: Logistics Operator
Location: Tutbury, Derbyshire
Shift pattern: Panama Shift pattern (a mix of days and night shifts, with no weekend working). The shift patterns will be discussed in more detail during the interview stage.
Salary: £40,272.24 (inclusive of shift premium and contractual overtime) + generous pension scheme + 18 bookable days holiday and bank holidays off + other fantastic benefits!

Position Summary
The main purpose of this role is to support the team with the management of materials and finished goods onsite in accordance with Nestlé operational and safety standards. You will be utilising Nestlé Tutbury Factory in Derbyshire is one of the largest Nestlé factories in Europe after a £250 million investment over the last few years. The factory produces several of the most well-known Nescafé products in the world through freeze-dried, spray dried and pod coffee production technologies and is at the forefront of coffee production globally. This is also the home of Nescafe Dolce Gusto production in the UK!

What will make you successful
- Must have a valid FLT Counterbalance licence (applicants without this will not be considered)
- Will have at least 2 years previous experience working in a Logistics or Warehousing role
- Will have the ability to work as part of a cell team delivering compliance in safety and stock management (with SAP)
- Will be able to demonstrate the Nestlé competencies and behaviours
- Will have good numeracy and literacy skills and a knowledge of computer systems including Word, Excel and SAP
