The Channel Development Manager develops strategies for customer growth and ensures the relevance of major innovations and renovations through I2L ways of working in both Modern & Traditional Trade.
They own the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) for the full trade, driving alignment of brand, customer, and Distributor field sales plans to achieve annual business targets.
This role aligns activities, leveraging shopper insights provided by the Business Units, to deliver best-in-class execution of sell-out, and brand visibility initiatives within the trade.

- Owns the ICP across all channels, aligning stakeholders and driving Revenue Growth Management and 5P strategy execution.
- Optimizes trade investments and promotional plans to maximize ROI and meet customer needs.
- Leads forecasting and Monthly Business Processes with Sales, aligning volume commitments and operational planning.
- Identifies growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights to develop winning commercial strategies.
- Drives channel execution by aligning trade plans, promotions, POP materials, and distributor teams to achieve sell-out and growth targets.
- Develop clear communication tools and execution guidelines for distributor sales and merchandising teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (master's preferred).
- 5+ years of Sales and/or Marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Proven success in customer-facing commercial roles.
- Strong understanding of customers, sales processes, and business growth strategies.
