You will partner with the business to provide best-in-class HR support, guidance and governance, helping to deliver meaningful people outcomes across the region.

This is a demanding and challenging opportunity, but if you are looking for a role where you can contribute to tangible, sustainable results, this could be the team for you.

Your ingredients for success

Your career so far will demonstrate a strong track record in employee relations, ideally with previous experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner. You will be able to work as a true business partner, delivering tangible outcomes that make a real difference for our Nespresso network.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
  • Previous experience in an HR role with a proven track record of delivering outcomes that make a difference to the business, or a relevant HR qualification.
  • Experience working to deadlines that require input from multiple stakeholders within a project.
  • Strong attention to detail and an understanding of how your decisions impact the wider business.
  • Most importantly, you will understand the importance of flexing your style and priorities in an environment that can often be ambiguous and pressured.
