Tails. com is seeking a Head of Innovation & Range to shape the future of our tailored dog nutrition.

You will set long-term strategy, lead new product development and continually improve existing products across Brand, Marketing, Digital Product and Operations.

You’ll build an empowered, high‑performing team, partner with suppliers and cross‑functional peers, and translate customer insight into commercially impactful innovations that keep us at the forefront of our category.
