We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team at Nestlé Waters, focusing on environmental care, accelerating our pathway to net zero carbon, and managing our business sustainably into the future. Your Impact!
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, leadership team, and Trade Union(s).
- Lead positive employee relations strategy in a unionised environment to ensure a progressive employee relations climate.
- Promote and foster a culture and environment that is open, productive, empowering, safe, and fair.
- Coach factory leadership teams, managers, and employees to align behaviours and decisions with Nestlé values and competencies and the Nestlé Code of Conduct.
- Ensure compliance in HR.
- Act as the gateway for the business into the HR function, ensuring Line Managers and Employees understand the HR model and can quickly access solutions.
- Collaborate and provide business insight to design and implement initiatives and projects that support business plans.
- Lead and deliver change management programs to enhance the local factory's success and build a sustainable future.

As the successful candidate, you will have a breadth of HR experience ideally across a manufacturing industry with a demonstrated ability to work as a true business partner. To be most successful in this role, we believe the recipe includes:
- Experience working at senior level with Trade Unions at local and national level in a progressive employee relations climate.
- Previous experience in FMCG or similar large/complex organisations operating within a matrix structure.
- Experience in a large, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Experience coaching, consulting, and advising employees and HR.
