D2C Coffee Operations Support
Location: Field Based - North East of England (ideal base Newcastle Area)
Salary: c.£31,000 dependent upon experience + business needs car

Position Summary
- Channel Sales review variances, identify trends, and take timely corrective action.
- Deliver Nestlé Professional brand standards across all D2C sites; act on audit findings, customer feedback and execution gaps.
- Verify and coach correct cleaning routines at customer level; monitor non‑compliance and intervene where required.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and escalation support.
- Report all field activity accurately and on time through Project MORE systems; use data to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders that support or impact performance delivery.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and previous experience in a sales support or operations role.
- Results‑oriented with a proven track record of exceeding business objectives.
