The Line Operator role is to ensure the highest standards of manufacturing, hygiene and housekeeping are maintained throughout the production facility.
The role includes manufacturing and hygiene activities as directed by the Manufacturing Manager and Shift Managers, helping to maintain safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations.

- Hygiene Duties
- Carry out end-of-production cleaning and sanitation procedures in accordance with site hygiene standards and cleaning schedules.
- Clean and sanitise production equipment, processing lines, work areas, and ancillary equipment.
- Complete hygiene documentation accurately and on time.
- Ensure all cleaning chemicals are used, stored, and handled safely in accordance with site procedures.
- Conduct pre-operational checks to confirm equipment and production areas meet hygiene standards before production start-up.
- Report any hygiene, food safety, quality, or equipment concerns to the Shift Manager.
- Support environmental and waste management activities within the production area.

- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Experience of industrial cleaning or hygiene operations.
