Position Summary: Channel Sales & Coffee Operations (CS&CO) is part of our Nestlé Professional Business to Business food service arm. Specialising in Out of Home beverage solutions, CS&CO offers an unrivalled portfolio of fantastic & renowned brands including our primary brand ‘We Proudly Serve’ STARBUCKS and also NESCAFÉ, and SEATTLES BEST COFFEE. We have an exciting opportunity for a talented D2C Operations Assistant to join our team to contribute to Coffee Solutions growth by supporting the D2C business model with our Business Partners. You will oversee and analyse the growth of new and existing business, supporting setup and monitoring our automated system to minimise disruptions for our customers.
Your impact: Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the setup for all new D2C Business Partners and Locations, including updating existing business partners data and details on record
- Maintaining and updating Customer Data inside Dynamic 365.
- Monitoring data flowing through from all external partner providers into Dynamic 365 & SAP.
- Liaising with any other internal and external stakeholders that support or impact on performance delivery
- Supporting operational support on stock holdings at each location.
- Dealing with customers and Account Manager queries and taking necessary action to rectify performance and discrepancies.
- Ensuring NP D2C machines are up and running with minimal downtime
- Supporting with the Weekly and Monthly reporting of cup throughout.
- Providing Internal stakeholders overview of actual vs. target & profitability of customer.
- Liaising with Technical Service Team, Internal Coffee trainers & external customers along with NP Sales team to ensure exceptional service
- Engage with regional contacts/customers/third parties as required to support brand and/or commercial objectives
Your ingredients for success: To be successful in this role, you’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both orally and written) with a close attention to detail. You’ll be results-orientated and have a proven track record for consistently exceeding business objectives.

- Previous experience in a sales support or operations role
- Good problem solving (routine nature) and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritise and respect deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft packages
- Problem-solving & planning skills and able to work under pressure to manage a fluctuating workload
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and to work alone as well as part of a team
Desirable skills:
- Previous Sales support experience within the FMCG sector
- Be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of commercial situations
