Position Summary
Working as part of our Commercial Development Team (CDT) within Nestlé Coffee, you will be responsible for the development, management and execution of our Customer Category Plans for a range of retailers across Mults, VRs, & W&C.
Key Responsibilities
- Building external relationships, serving as the first point of call and trusted source for Buying/Merchandising Teams for any category questions, insights, and recommendations.
- Executing Nestlé Category Strategy, personalising the strategy to meet retailer needs and generate engagement and commitment.
- Delivering the Category Drivers for your customer via the POP Vision, through adjacency and flow recommendations at range reviews and throughout the year.
- Providing best‑in‑class insight, engaging retailers with promotional insights to influence effective use of promotions, and developing, implementing best‑in‑class examples of the latest online and in‑store executions.
- Developing a deep understanding of the shopper role within your customer.
- Leading the Category agenda within the ICP process to ensure internal plans are fit for purpose.
- Monitoring industry and competitor activity to align our commercial vision with market demands in a competitive environment.
