We are delighted to recruit a Learning & Development Specialist on a 12‑month contract, with a primary focus on Digital and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and enhance the internal Learner Experience Platform (GROW).
  • Design and update digital resources in alignment with local L&D strategies.
  • Manage and report on local compliance training delivered online.
  • Coordinate the development of the operational plan by working closely with other L&D Specialists during the business planning cycle.
  • Act as the market's single point of contact for the GROW platform, liaising with regional and global colleagues to maximise platform efficiency within the UK&I market.
  • Oversee e‑learning support requests and content development in response to market requirements.
  • Manage the implementation and ongoing reporting of mandatory e‑learning compliance programmes.
  • Coordinate the communications strategy for the L&D function, in partnership with the broader L&D market team.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in project management and a passion for people development.
  • Willingness to embrace technology and learning systems to drive results.
  • Experience managing online learning platforms and training administration is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to analyse data, extract insights, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Highly self‑motivated, works independently and proactively.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and engaging a broad range of stakeholders, adapting communication style to different audiences.
  • Experience in factory compliance is a benefit.
  • Experience building relationships and fostering collaboration across a global platform.

Salary and Benefits

Competitive salary up to £40,000 depending on experience, with potential bonus, generous pension scheme, 12 flexible days on top of 25 day holiday entitlement, 2 paid volunteering days, and other benefits. We support flexibility and can discuss part‑time arrangements if needed.
