Nestlé Nespresso UK&I is seeking a Head of HR to shape and deliver our people agenda across corporate teams, retail and operations.

Based in York or Gatwick, with hybrid work 2–3 days in the office and some travel, you’ll lead people strategy and build high‑performing, inclusive teams.

You’ll collaborate with the leadership team, HR colleagues and key stakeholders to drive business growth, exceptional customer experiences and a culture of care, inclusion and innovation.
