Role overview:
We are recruiting for a Category Supply Planner in the Above Market Supply Planning Team, specifically supporting our Coffee business. This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity which will report into the Category Supply Lead for Coffee.
Your impact:
Ultimately, you will be responsible for creating and managing a supply plan recognising all constraints within the supply stream for those assets you manage, to meet customer demand. Your other key responsibilities will include:
- Establish the supply plan and net dispatch requirements for Receiving Markets to ensure Customer Service, On Shelf availability and customer/consumer satisfaction, while trying to minimize Working Capital and Total Delivered Cost.
- Establishes and periodically reviews stock policies for Coffee Finished Goods using the right tools and processes.
- Analyse exceptions, take business decisions within agreed Framework (based on priorities or after arbitration and product allocation) and adjust planning results accordingly.
- Drives fast, appropriate actions to minimize the impact of supply risks - shortages and excess stocks - and communicate the actions to the respective Stakeholders.
- Performs regular health-checks to ensure stock produced is dispatched to the right location to meet demand and avoid freshness deterioration or salvage risks.

To be successful in this role you will come from a Supply Chain background with experience ideally in an end-to-end planning role. This is a great opportunity to work within talented and dedicated teams (Coffees ZEUR Above Market Planning Team and Market Supply Chain Team), in what will be a challenging role. In return we will offer you all the support and guidance necessary to succeed in role, by Above Market Team as well as locally.

- Continuous improvement mindset: You’ll have a strong problem-solving mindset, as well as the ability to challenge and improve existing processes.
