We are recruiting for a Senior Brand Manager to join the team who will report directly into the Head of Marketing. Working on either the Active Nutrition or the Vitamin Mineral Supplements portfolio, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the UK Annual brand plans to deliver agreed business results and influence key stakeholders. You will also ensure long-term global brand priorities, innovation pipeline, and brand communication content are fit to win and excel in the UK market.
Your impact ultimately will be defining brand strategy and building long-term brand plans and short-term execution plans to achieve ambitions aligned with the wider company vision. You will create and execute business cases and strategies for existing and new-to-market brands, energise and engage key internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the best possible UK&I results.
- Lead Brand Strategy & Planning: Own the end‑to‑end annual brand planning cycle and long‑term (3‑year) innovation pipeline, ensuring alignment with global strategy and UK&I commercial priorities.
- Execute & Activate Brand Plans: Deliver full‑mix marketing execution, business cases, NPD launches, and communication plans that adhere to Nestlé Health Science and Nestlé Group guidelines.
- Engage & Influence Stakeholders: Present and sell in plans to internal leadership, commercial teams, and key retailers while managing productive relationships with media, creative, and third‑party partners.
- Optimize Performance & Resources: Oversee PFME allocation, monitor brand/market performance, track competitor activity, and adjust plans to maximize ROI in a fast‑moving environment.
- Lead & Inspire Teams: Support the development of direct and indirect team members, foster cross‑team collaboration, and energize stakeholders around portfolio and brand ambitions.
Your ingredients for success: To be successful in this role you will already have a wealth of experience in marketing, operating as a Senior Brand Manager currently or looking to develop from a Brand Manager position. You will have successfully delivered on brand‑building KPIs, ideally within the category, and demonstrate a pure passion for wellness and nutrition. You will have experience (ideally in FMCG or Health) managing complex cross‑functional project teams and be a strong team player with the ability to build and grow networks, influence and inspire. You will be comfortable working with cross‑functional, cross‑cultural teams and dealing with senior management.
You will also have proven marketing leadership, including experience launching major consumer products and managing complexity across the full marketing mix. Strong stakeholder influence skills, able to communicate credibly and present confidently across a matrix organisation. Expertise in developing integrated, multi‑media communication campaigns from end to end. Commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing PFME budgets and making sound decisions with incomplete information. A mature, pragmatic approach, supported by strong analytical capability and cross‑functional collaboration experience.
We strongly encourage applications from individuals of all gender identities, ethnic backgrounds, those with disabilities, parents, carers and members of the LGBT+ community. Please let us know if we can provide accommodations to ensure your full participation in the application process.
