We are recruiting for a Digital CX Specialist to join our NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto team – one of Nestlé’s most innovative and design-led coffee brands. Based in our Crawley office and reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you’ll lead and activate digital and CRM initiatives for the UK market.

This role focuses on owned media excellence – driving high-impact activity across the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto website, CRM programmes, SEO, and ensuring these seamlessly integrate into wider brand plans. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to elevate the digital consumer experience for a coffee brand loved in homes across the country.

Your impact

Ultimately, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our digital and CRM strategy, delivering seamless consumer journeys, strengthening our database, and driving digital performance integrating into our broader brand marketing plans.

Your other key responsibilities will include:

CRM

  • Own the activation of the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto CRM strategy.
  • Coordinate with brand teams and Global stakeholders.
  • Support the development of new automated journeys.
  • Lead agency and above-market team relationships.
  • Oversee QA (quality assurance) processes.
  • Drive first-party data growth.
  • Lead monthly performance analysis.

Digital Activation

  • Lead SEO, website, and organic social optimisation.
  • Partner with Brand Managers to align activity to brand plans.
  • Manage website content updates.
  • Lead budget tracking.
  • Monitor and report on digital KPIs.
  • Support the roll-out and management of our Premio loyalty scheme. (CRM, social, website, app)

Your ingredients for success

To be successful in this role you will already have experience in digital marketing or CRM, and ideally within a customer-facing environment.

Experience & Expertise

  • Digital or CRM-focused marketing experience.
  • Ability to create engaging communications and optimise journeys.
  • Strong commercial understanding.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of website management, SEO and CRM.
  • Experience with Google Analytics desirable.
